(Notice: For all my concerned artists and character owners, most of this is precaution so people don't steal or misuse my artwork, or attempt to scam me. If you're worried about anything, feel free to ask. You can usually use my artwork as icons/headers/etc without needing permission as long as credit is provided. Thanks!)Abridged for quick review;
-I own copyrights to my artwork, not your character.
-Payment is up-front only, unless payment plan is discussed.
-Refunds available in most circumstances if artwork is not completed.
-Do not resell the artwork you receive.
-Do not claim you made the artwork.
-Do not alter, edit, recolor, trace, or otherwise or steal the artwork.
-Artwork may NOT be used for NFTs or AI.
-No sexual content.1. Before Commissioning
Please be sure to thoroughly read the terms of service provided below.
1. By purchasing a commission, design, ect. from me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Breaking of TOS may result in refusal of service, refund, and/or cancellation of your commission, custom, et cetera.2. Commission completion time is variable and typically based on current queue, though may take longer for large or in-depth pieces that require multiple revisions. Typical estimates are less than a month.3. I will not draw not-safe-for-work material depicting sexual content, or artwork depicting harmful ideologies.2. TERMS OF SERVICE
1. When purchasing a commission from me, you are to acknowledge that the artwork is still my copyright/intellectual property. I have the rights to use the commission for promoting myself and my artwork, E.G. posting on other websites or social media, using as commission examples, and so forth.2. Any character(s) used in the artwork remain as your intellectual property. I only have rights to the artwork that I created.3. Commissioning me is not the same as commissioning "work for hire" and artwork may only be used privately unless discussed. Commercial use of commissioned artwork is available upon request if desired, but may be subject to commercial fees.
3.1. Please contact me for commercial terms if you plan to commission for commercial use.3. WHEN COMMISSIONING
For the best results, please provide as many details as possible about what you would like for your commission and provide a colored picture reference of your character(s).
Please censor any NSFW on your reference sheet(s) before sending it to me.

  • I hold the right to decline or cancel commissions.

  • Foul behavior or unwillingness to cooperate with me may result in a decline of your commission request.

  • Commissions must be paid up front. However, for commissions above $100 USD, payment plans can be arranged. (Please contact me for payment plans.)

  • Work-In-Progress images will be provided. Frequency of WIPs will vary based on commission type.

  • Completion time is widely variable based on commission type and time of purchase. Your patience is requested and appreciated. I will do my absolute best to keep you up to date should commissions take over 2 weeks to finish.

  • Changes can be requested if you are dissatisfied with certain aspects of your commission. However, after the product has been finalized to your liking, edits will no longer be available.

4. COPYRIGHT
1. I hold rights to the commission(s) and finished artwork, not the commissioner or their character(s). In other words; I only own the artwork that I made.2. Using the copyrighted artwork in any way to make money, such as reselling, taking credit for the creation of the artwork, removing any signatures/watermarks, using the artwork as an "NFT" or non-fungible token, or altering the artwork without my consent is considered a copyright infringement.3. Do not remove the watermark (if your commission includes one).
3.1. Art may not be traced, recolored, or claimed as your own under any circumstance, regardless of whether it was a commissioned piece or not.4. Artwork commissioned by me may not be uploaded to ANY blockchains, cryptocurrency-related, or non-fungible token related websites. Commissioned art may not be turned into a non-fungible token under any circumstance.
4.1. I do not allow my artwork to be used in AI technology without my consent, including but not limited to; Midjourney, Dall-e / Dall-e Mini / Dall-e 2, Mimic, DreamUp, or any other AI generated image creator.5. REFUNDING
1. I hold the right to cancel and refund commissions under any circumstance.2. If payment has not been sent for the commission, you, the commissioner, have the right to cancel whenever.
2.1. If payment has been sent, and no progress on the commission has been made, the commissioner will be refunded completely.
2.2. Refunds will not be available after the commissioner has approved the initial sketch, unless I am unable to complete the artwork.3. I will not provide refunds after the artwork is completed and finalized. In the event that the commissioner is dissatisfied with the final work, I am willing to make changes to the piece as requested.
3.1. Additional payment may be required for heavily extensive edits or complete re-works.4. Filing a "chargeback" via Paypal after the artwork has been completed and approved is considered scamming and will be reported.Please contact me if you have problems or need a refund.6. REPOSTING
1. Commissioned artwork may be reposted as long as permission has been received. If you are unsure, please ask. When reposting (with permission), please provide proper crediting and sources back to any of my social media.2. If the commissioned piece includes a character owned by the commissioner, they may repost the image to character gallery sites such as Toyhouse or OCbin without needing to ask. Proper crediting still required.7. COMMERCIAL USE
1. For commercial use terms for any commission piece, please contact me in advance before ordering your commission.
1.2. Commercial use terms and prices are typically decided on a case-by-case scenario.2. If you would like to request commercial use for any existing commissions that were not previously agreed to be used commercially, please feel free to contact me to work something out.8. DISCLAIMER
If you, the commissioner, have not thoroughly read the Terms of Service, I am not to be held responsible for your own misconception.
Failure to follow the Terms of Service will have your commission cancelled, and you will be potentially blacklisted from commissioning me again.

1. USAGE & COPYRIGHT
1. Designs created by me may be used in personal, non-commercial works freely.
1.1. For use in commercial works, such as games, books, comics, or otherwise, please contact me to discuss permission and terms of use.
1.2. I am more than willing to hand over full rights to character designs for a small commercial use fee.
1.3. Commercial fees are typically decided on a case-by-case scenario.2. Designs may be altered, adjusted, and redesigned freely by the owner as they see fit, and do not require permission to change the design.3. Much like my artwork, my designs are NOT allowed to be used or sold on any sort of NFT, Blockchain, or Cryptocurrency website for any reason.
3.1. Designs created by me are also not allowed to be used for any AI-generator programs.4. Refunds are not provided for "adoptable" or "custom" designs. However, they are allowed to be resold unlike artwork commissions.5. Designs purchased as "adoptable" or "custom" designs still follow my standard art/commission Terms of Service; however, the design is owned by the buyer and considered an "original character" upon purchase, and the artwork will only be used as examples of completed designs by me. This adheres to the statement, "Any character(s) used in the artwork remain as your intellectual property. I only have rights to the artwork that I created."
Commercial use permissions are still required upon purchase.2. RESALE
1. Designs may be resold as the owner sees fit.2. Owners of designs created by me do not need to contact me before resale.---
